Next Trail Work Day - Sunday, January 13th at 9am - Morning Glory Trail

Bring your friends, and join us for a morning of glory doing trail work on the West Cuesta Ridge.  Meeting time TBD - to be determined


MEET at 9am in a location to be determined (weather permitting) 


WEAR closed toed shoes, long sleeves and long pants.  Don’t forget your gloves, hat, water and trail snacks. 


PUBLIC is welcome and tools will be provided!  See you in a place TBD!

Montaña de Oro State Park, Saturday - December 8th at 9am

Bring your friends, and join us for a morning of trail work on the trails of Montaña de Oro State Park!


MEET at the Park Headquarters above Spooners Cove at 9am for a quick safety briefing and raffle drawing.  We will work until 12 or 1pm.  


Come join us for the morning to get some work done after all the rain! We have several locations that need attention so the more people that show up, the more areas we can get done.


All volunteers get a chance at winning Trail Worker Rewards for gift cards and prizes from several of our sponsors: Voler ApparelCambria Bicycle OutfitterBike Church Shuttles, and Trinity Cyclery.

Meet at the Quonset Hut by Spooner's Cove Ranch House/Visitor Center at 9 a.m. and we will disperse from there. Wear long pants, long sleeves, sturdy footwear, and bring gloves. Tools and guidance will be provided. Again, spread the word!

Fernandez Trail (near Pozo) - Sunday, December 2nd at 9am

Bring your friends, and join us for a morning of trail work on the Fernandez Trail near Pozo!


MEET at Turkey Flats (a few miles beyond Pozo - MAP HERE), at 9am for a quick safety briefing and raffle drawing.  We will work until 12 or 1pm.

Santa Margarita Lake - Sunday, November 11th at 8:30am



15 volunteers had a great day yesterday at Santa Margarita Lake. We made some much needed repairs on Grey Pine trail - if only we can get some rain to set our dirt work.  Lunch was provided by Atascadero Horsemen’s Club and SLOPOST.


MEET inside the park at the White Oak Day Use Site at 8:30am for a quick safety briefing and raffle drawing.  We will work until 12 or 1pm.  Let the ranger

at the park kiosk know you are there for trail work for a no-fee entry.


WEAR closed toed shoes, long sleeves and long pants.  Don’t forget your gloves, hat, water and trail snacks.

Montaña de Oro State Park - July 29th - 9am

JOIN US:  Come join us on Saturday (9/29) for a trail Work Day at MdO. We have several locations that need attention so the more people that show up, the more areas we can get done. Tell your friends and BRING them, too! Participants get a shot at winning one of several gift cards.


WHERE:  Meet us near the Spooner's Cove Ranch House / Visitor Center above Spooner’s Cove by 9 a.m. We'll gather near the quonset hut for a quick safety briefing and raffle.

WHEN:  Meet at 9am.  We should be finished around 1pm

BRING:  Since this trail work involves hiking a 1-2 mile stretch of trail, be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.  Wear long pants, gloves, sturdy closed-toed shoes and bring a hat.  

TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED
